Nufish, LLC was founded in 2009 by some of Memphis' top business leaders. Joe Springer, the Operating Partner of Sonfish, LLC has over 15 years' experience in the Quick Service Restaurant business. When the opportunity of the Memphis area Captain D's franchise became available, Joe assembled many top leaders in the Memphis area to form Nufish, LLC. Nufish operates Captain D's in the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee, making it one of the largest Captain D's franchisees in the country.
